Ordering List

  1. Assay kit’s volume and order unit

    The service’s order unit, Kit, means a volume of 100 tests. You can decide the quantity of your order in Cart. Once your order is confirmed, or from Accept stage, you cannot change the order quantity. In this case, cancel your order and make a new order.
  2. How can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order until the Accept stage as indicated in My Order List. After the Production stage, you cannot cancel your order.
    In silico oligo design which takes place from the Accept to the Production stage takes a short time. Considering this, please be careful before ordering.
    If necessary, please notify us promptly via customer service call to cancel your order.

  3. What are the requirements for the order?

    Please read and fully understand requirements for every information entry steps.
    Please enter the order name in order to prevent any confusion with other orders.
  4. How can I change order information?

    After the Accept stage, your order information will be deleted from Cart and transferred to My Order List. You can change order information only at Cart. In this case, cancel your order in My Order List and make a new order in Cart before the Production stage starts.
  5. How long does it take from order confirmation to order receipt?

    It takes 30 days after the confirmation of your order.
  6. What information is required for ordering?

    Target sequence
    Target organism Taxonomy ID
    Nucleic acid (DNA or cDNA)
    PCR equipment information(Korea only)
  7. What is Taxonomy ID?

    Taxonomy ID refers to ID or identifier for each taxonomic group provided on the NCBI. If you don’t have the ID you are looking for, you can find it with the following steps:
    1. Go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/taxonomy
    2. Search with information on the target.
    3. Click on the organism name to get more information on the search result list and you can find its numeric Taxonomy ID at the top.
    If the Taxonomy ID is not provided on the page, click on the organism and go to the last page, and you will find the Taxonomy ID.
  8. Can I use orders for commercial use?

    The Assay kit you will receive from us is for your research and non-commercial use only. You may not use it for commercial purposes.
